📋Care instructions
As fabrics are manually dyed with natural dyes, they require special care. If the runners may get wet during use, we recommend washing them before. Only hand washing with a small amount of mild soap (neutral PH) is acceptable for this.. Avoid drying in direct sunlight, so  the color will not fade and  do not store in the sun for the same reason.

These runners are beautiful! The colors are perfect and they'll look great for my wedding tables. The only reason I took off a star was because the seller accidentally sent this item to my old address after I asked her to send it to my new one. I had to spend several days tracking down the box, which was a huge hassle. But either way, the seller was very apologetic and does good work.

Delivery terms:

The preparation time for the products for shipment is 6-7 days. Item will be shipped from US warehouse. Delivery time within the USA is 2-3 working days. Delivery time within Europe is 2-4 business days. Delivery time worldwide 4-8 business days.

Items will be shipped to the address registered in your account (► NOT to your Paypal address). Please make sure your address is correct and updated before leaving, as it is impossible to receive or stop the parcel once it has been shipped. Any return / re-shipping fee due to incorrect / inaccurate address will be borne by the buyer. Refunds / re-delivery can only be made after receiving the returned package.

--- Unclaimed parcel ---

Items are sent with a tracking number. Therefore, the Buyer is advised to gradually track your parcel. In the case of ► “Attempts to deliver”, ie in the absence of anyone at the address who could sign the parcel. In such cases, if the package is returned to me as "unclaimed", the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping charges in such circumstances.
