📋 CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Due to manual dyeing with natural dyes, special care is needed. If the runner might get wet during use, we recommend washing it beforehand. Hand wash with mild soap (neutral PH) only. Avoid direct sunlight for drying to prevent color fading and store away from sunlight.

Goods Exchange Rules:

I accept exchanges if the item doesn't meet your expectations (e.g., color, size). In this case, the buyer covers return shipping to Ukraine and pays for shipping the new item. Free shipping applies only to the initial shipment to the recipient.

If the return is my mistake, I cover all shipping costs.

Taxes paid upon receipt are non-refundable. I am NOT responsible for re-paying VAT unless it's my fault.

For canceled orders, I accept within 4 hours of placing the order on Etsy.

I accept order cancellations if the delivered product was not as ordered due to my mistake. I cover the return shipping.

I don't accept cancellations/returns once an order is shipped, as items are handmade and made-to-order.
