WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?


IMPORTANT NOTE Shipping and taxes may apply. These fees vary and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for them. All items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment unless unavoidable delays such as postal holidays etc. USA. You can see them in the US base menu. You will receive a note from us as soon as your order has been shipped. And I will send you the tracking number of your package. 


Delivery terms:

The preparation time for the products for shipment is 1-3 days. Item will be shipped from Ukraine. Delivery time to the USA is 8-10 days. Delivery time to the Europe is 8-10 business days. Delivery time worldwide 20-25 business days.

--- Wrong address ---

Items will be shipped to the address registered in your account (► NOT to your Paypal address). Please make sure your address is correct and updated before leaving, as it is impossible to receive or stop the parcel once it has been shipped. Any return / re-shipping fee due to incorrect / inaccurate address will be borne by the buyer. Refunds / re-delivery can only be made after receiving the returned package.

--- Unclaimed parcel ---

Items are sent with a tracking number. Therefore, the Buyer is advised to gradually track your parcel. In the case of ► “Attempts to deliver”, ie in the absence of anyone at the address who could sign the parcel. In such cases, if the package is returned to me as "unclaimed", the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping charges in such circumstances. A refund of the amount of the goods is possible (that is, minus the cost of delivery).

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

RETURN RULES (There are only 2! It is quite simple.) 1. Let me know you will be returning the item via email or convo, within THREE (3) DAYS of your receipt of the item. 2. Return the item UNDAMAGED within SEVEN (7) DAYS. You will get the money back after the package is returned to the seller. While returning parcel, please give the seller a track number.
