DELIVERY & RETURN

IMPORTANT NOTE Shipping and taxes may apply. These fees vary and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for them. All items will be shipped within 3-5 days of receipt of payment unless unavoidable delays such as postal holidays etc. USA. You can see them in the US base menu. You will receive a note from us as soon as your order has been shipped. And I will send you the tracking number of your package. Information about it will be available only after the parcel is registered in the postal system of your country (this may take up to 1-2 days).

Delivery terms:

- USA from Ukraine: Standard 7-12 business days, DHL Express (3-5 days)

- USA from USA warehouse: 1-3 business days

- Canada: Standard 12-14 days, DHL Express 3-5 days

- Australia: Standard 12-20 days, DHL Express 3-6 business days

- Europe: Standard 3-5 business days

- Rest of the world: Standard 12-20 days, DHL Express 3-7 business days

If you need your item to arrive faster than usual and are willing to pay for any type of expedited shipping, please contact me BEFORE buying so that we can agree on the details and cost in advance.

--- Wrong address ---

Items will be shipped to the address registered in your account (► NOT to your Paypal address). Please make sure your address is correct and updated before leaving, as it is impossible to receive or stop the parcel once it has been shipped. Any return / re-shipping fee due to incorrect / inaccurate address will be borne by the buyer. Refunds / re-delivery can only be made after receiving the returned package.

--- Unclaimed parcel ---

Items are sent with a tracking number. Therefore, the Buyer is advised to gradually track your parcel. In the case of ► “Attempts to deliver”, ie in the absence of anyone at the address who could sign the parcel. In such cases, if the package is returned to me as "unclaimed", the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping charges in such circumstances. A refund of the amount of the goods is possible (that is, minus the cost of delivery).
