they dont respond the message i want to change my order and they dont respond
I have not received the product. I have sent two requests to update me on the status of my order but have not received any response. Right now, I’m concerned my order is lost.
We purchased 13 spools for our upcoming wedding & couldn’t be happier! The ribbon is perfect - beautiful & soft - and it arrived quickly and sweetly packaged.
I was so excited to have this for a gender reveal but the order is bouncing around between two random cities.

Bought these to use on some display tables at my daughter's wedding reception. They are perfect to bring some color and are light and airy. Recommend. Found this color match helpful for dessert rose which is a hard color to match.

These napkins were the perfect subtle touch for my intimate wedding. I added some baby’s breath for additional decor. I will find another excuse to use these napkins!
The napkins are perfect! We didn't know which color would go best with our wedding theme, but she sent us a whole bunch of samples and that made it so much easier! We ended up with perfect coral coloured cotton napkins with raw edges, and it will go perfect with our rustic barn wedding. Communication was so easy and she was so helpful with our order.
These runners are PERFECT. I was so nervous because I didn't know if they would match one of my wedding colors exactly. But they do! So excited to see how they look on our tables at the wedding! Quality is amazing! Highly recommend!
